Artie was found with his littermates and mother in a cardboard box on Canberra's streets in 2008. Rescued and fostered by the Canberra Street Cat Alliance, he was adopted together with his sister Edith at 12 weeks of age. The two remain inseparable. Edith has become his emotional support animal because Artie is easily startled by visitors, noises, birds and life.
